Common Questions

Products

What kind of marble do you use in your products?

We work with premium-quality marble sourced from select quarries in Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Each piece is unique due to the stone’s natural characteristics: the veining, hues, and textures vary, making every product a one-of-a-kind piece.

Is marble tableware suitable for professional use in the kitchen?

Yes. Our tableware is specifically designed for top chefs and use in fine-dining restaurants. The pieces are treated with food-grade sealants that protect them from moisture and stains, ensuring their durability in demanding environments.

Can you custom-make any part?

Of course. We offer a custom design service for tableware, sinks, sculptural candles, and street furniture. Our team works with you from the initial sketch to the finished piece, tailoring the dimensions, finishes, and type of stone to your needs.

What is the difference between marble and natural stone in your catalog?

Marble is an exceptionally elegant metamorphic rock, ideal for luxury interiors. Natural stone (granite, slate, limestone, and others) offers greater weather resistance, making it the top choice for our street furniture and outdoor pieces.

Care and Maintenance

How should I clean and maintain marble pieces?

We recommend cleaning each piece with a soft cloth and warm water to preserve its natural, elegant finish. Thanks to the high durability and protection of our marble, the pieces withstand daily contact with acidic foods such as lemon or vinegar, as well as regular use in the dishwasher.

However, to preserve the stone’s original shine, texture, and beauty for longer, we recommend gentle care and avoiding extremely abrasive products.

How often should marble be sealed?

It depends on how the item is used. For tableware that sees heavy use, we recommend checking the seal annually. For sinks and decorative items, checking every 2–3 years is sufficient. We carry specific sealants that are compatible with all our products.

Orders and Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship throughout Europe and to major international markets. Given the fragile nature and weight of our pieces, each shipment is packed using special protective packaging and handled by carriers that specialize in art and delicate materials.

How long does it take to manufacture a custom part?

Lead times vary depending on complexity. Standard catalog items have a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks. Custom pieces require 6 to 12 weeks, depending on the design, type of stone, and finish selected.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns on catalog items within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in perfect condition. Customized items are non-refundable unless they have a manufacturing defect. We handle any issues as a top priority.
